Do I have to register online in order to buy parts?

Do you have a minimum order value (MOV)?

- Yes, our MOV is $50.00 USD per order. If your order does not meet the MOV the difference will be charged as a handling fee.

How do I place an order?

- Click 'Add to Cart' on the item you wish to purchase, then select your payment & shipping method.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

- A CoreStaff sales representative will send you a confirmation and a proforma invoice within one business day.

Shipment and Payment

How do I pay?

- You can pay by credit card (Master card, VISA, and JCB) or T/T in advance.

Can I use my own shipping account?

- Yes, you can use your own FedEx, UPS, or DHL account.

What should I do if I do not have any shipping accounts?

- We offer our CoreStaff shipping service, cost changes dependent on destination. (For more details click here!)

Do you accept Net 1?

- We ask that new customers pay with T/T in advance or credit card.

How long does it take to ship the parts?

- CoreStaff stock can ship approximately in 1 business day.


How long is your warranty?

- We offer a 60 day warranty for form fit and function for CoreStaff stock. For partner’s/ supplier’s stock the warranty is based on the supplier’s warranty period.

- Note that the warranty only covers the price of the product and does not include shipping, testing or any other fees.

Are all the parts new and original?

- Yes, all parts are new and original checked by our quality control department.
