Do I have to register online in order to buy parts?

- Yes. Please create an account to buy online.

How do I register?

- Click “Create an account (Free)” and fill out information.

FAQ no.2- Ordering

Do you have a minimum order value (MOV)?

- Yes, we have MOV US$50.- for one order. If you do not meet our MOV, we would charge you “Handling Charge” to meet the $50.-(MOV).

How do I place an order?

- Click “Add to cart” and select payment & shipping method.

How do you confirm my order?

- CoreStaff will send you a confirmation of your order within 24 hours. Also, one of CoreStaff’s Sales Rep will send you a proforma invoice.

FAQ no.4- Shipment and Payment

Do you accept credit card?

- Yes, we accept Master, VISA, American Express, JCB and Diners.

How do I pay?

- You can pay either credit card, T/T in advance, or Paypal (5% fee).

Can I use my FedEx account?

- Yes, you can use your FedEx, UPS or DHL account.

What should I do if I do not have any accounts?

- We offer our CoreStaff Shipping service. We would charge you separately from the order.

Do you accept NET1?

- We ask T/T in advance, credit card or Paypal (5% fee) for our customers.

How long does it take to ship the parts?

- For our own stock, it takes 1 business day to prepare and ship the parts. For our OEM stock, it takes about 3-5business days to prepare and ship the parts.

FAQ no.5- Warranty

How long is your warranty?

- We offer 60 days warranty for our own stock only for malfunction. ※No customer convenient returns.

However, the warranty will only cover the price of the purchased product, not including shipping, testing, or any other fees.

Are all parts new and original?

- Yes, all new and original.
